Risk Command is deterministic. AXIS 7D can explain risk — it cannot bypass enforcement.
Cannot override Symbol Mapping Gate
Execution requires verified symbol mapping. AI confidence is not execution authorization.
Cannot access broker secrets
AI context is permission-scoped. Broker credentials, API secrets, and payment secrets are never sent to AI providers.
Cannot guarantee outcomes
AXIS 7D provides analysis and decision support. It may produce uncertainty. It does not know the future.
Cannot fabricate results
During provider outage, AXIS never fabricates model results. Fallback behavior is explicit and disclosed.
Cannot bypass execution validation
All execution paths pass through deterministic validation regardless of AI analysis.
